The Letters of Cuauhtémoc Come to Life: Art, Identity, and Community

The iconic letters of Cuauhtémoc, Colima now showcase a renewed identity. With the artistic intervention completed, this space has transformed into a gathering point that reflects the history, character, and spirit of its people.

This project, promoted by Citrojugo in collaboration with SiCar Farms, reaffirms the belief that community development is also built through art, culture, and the strengthening of a shared sense of belonging. The letters enhance the urban landscape while also becoming a visible symbol of local pride.

The mural that brings these letters to life was created by Azu Tattoo, whose talent captured colors, shapes, and elements that represent the municipality’s identity and its connection to the surrounding region. Each stroke adds meaning and turns the space into a living expression of the community.

We appreciate the support and collaboration of Municipal President Lupita Solís, whose openness and partnership made it possible to carry out this project for the benefit of the municipality and its residents.

At Citrojugo, we believe that growing as a company involves actively engaging with the communities where we operate. Supporting initiatives that strengthen local identity is part of our commitment to more connected, responsible, and sustainable development.

Today, the letters of Cuauhtémoc are not only read: they are felt, lived, and represent its people.
